Cleaning
Our cleaning service will strive to ensure your property looks its best at
all times for your guests.
Every property is individual and will have its own specific cleaning
requirements . We understand this fully along with the importance of keeping
costs to a minimum with no sacrifice to service.
The time you wish spent on the cleaning of your property is entirely your choice
and we will work closely with you to devise the best schedule for you to achieve
your chosen level of cost and cleanliness.
Laundry
Our laundry service is available to you to ensure clean towels and bedding
etc. for your guests. The frequency of changes etc. is entirely your choice and
we will work closely with you to come up with the best schedule for your
accommodation to achieve your required level of service at an acceptable cost.
Security checks
At your request we will check that all is well with your property. This
includes both external and internal security checks of doors and windows. We
will check for leaks and that mains services are connected and operating
properly and also check for insect infestation.
The frequency of security will be up to you or we can assist in designing a
simple security programme for your property to give the best possible compromise
of security and cost.
Management of External Contractors
Your property at some time may require major or specialist work out of the
scope of our basic maintenance service. Normally this would necessitate a trip
over from the UK, both costly and time consuming. If this is the case we can
help by managing the contractors for you.
We can assist in obtaining quotes, be there to admit the outside contractors
which you select, and ensure that the work is completed as specified by you.

Weekly / Monthly Written Reports.
To keep you fully informed of everything that is happening with your property
we will provide you with written reports. You can receive these as often as you
like be it weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
The report will include relevant information such as the results of security
checks or details of cleaning or work carried out by external contractors. This
will include full breakdown of any costs incurred and can be sent by post or
preferred by email.
This is supplementary to our direct contact system where we will phone you
immediately should we find anything that requires clearance from you regarding
cost, method or instruction before being undertaken by either ourselves or any
specified outside contractor.
