 Airport meet and greet service
Let us be the friendly face who welcomes your guests to this beautiful island !!
Once through arrivals we will greet them, hand over keys, directions, emergency
contact numbers or a mobile phone in conjunction with our Concierge Service. We
will then organise their chosen method of transport.
This can either be a hire car which we will have pre arranged for them, a taxi,
or if the guests are classed as " friends or family " we can utilise our luxury
7 seater vehicle to take them onto your beautiful holiday home.
On arrival we can personally make sure they are settled, happy and have
everything they require to enjoy their stay.
Concierge Service
Our Concierge Service is specifically aimed at providing your guests with
everything and anything they need to make their holiday memorable.
With a simple phone call we can arrange anything from :-
- Classical Concerts to Line Dancing
- Helicopter rides to Submarine Safaris
- Scuba Diving to Jeep Safaris
- From the Liveliest Bars to Romantic Restaurants
- Mobility Scooters to Car Hire
- Birthday cakes to Baby sitters
If you want to give your guests the highest standard of care - a mobile phone
can be provided throughout their stay linked solely to our Concierge Service.
This level of service is rarely available and can be used as a strong selling
point for your holiday rental at a very affordable cost to your guest.
24 hour Emergency Assistance
24 hour emergency assistance is available should anything go wrong. From a lost key
to a medical emergency we can be there to help when your guests need us most.
This is not just about reacting to a problem but the peace of mind knowing that
should a problem occur we are on hand to sort it out.
Welcome Packs
Welcome packs can be placed in your accommodation before your guests arrive.
This will give them the opportunity to settle in and unpack before they have to
worry about shopping. This can be especially useful for flights arriving later
in the day when shops are closed and your guests are ready for a cup of tea and
a sandwich.
The contents of the welcome pack are entirely up to you and depend solely on the
level you wish to offer your guests. We will ensure that whatever you choose
will be in place for the use of your guests on their arrival.
Shopping Service
An excellent service to offer your guests. We shop so they don't have to. Let
them truly relax and soak up the sun, they choose what they require and we do
all the work and deliver the shopping right to the door. Another excellent
selling point for your accommodation at a very reasonable cost to your guests.
Special Services
Special services are available on request should you find anything not
already listed in our services. Examples of this could be a particular dietary
requirement that needs to be catered for in advance or the use of a mobility
scooter that needs to be placed in the accommodation before the arrival of your
guests.
Dental work can also be arranged in advance avoiding the difficulties currently
being faced in the UK.
Another service available in the "Driving abroad service ". This is aimed at
full UK licence holders who have not yet driven abroad. An English ADI (Approved
driving instructor) will introduce your guest to driving abroad and talk them
through the first hour or two until confidence is gained.
